This company is an international FDI invested venture of Alvaro group and its corporate office is based in Hong Kong. It specializes in wooden interior products like doors, floorings and plywood. It comprises of four business units as follows:

- Import of European logs (Oak, Beech) to Asia
- Factoring of door sets and architraves
- Factoring of solid & engineered wooden flooring and skirting
- Trading of plywood and veneered panels

The company supervises the operations of the group overseas. It began its export operations to Europe in the year 2008. And in no time, the company got associated to the key players of the European wood market.

Alvaro Sino (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (China)

This unit is a subsidiary of Alvaro Intl. Ltd. (H.K.). Under the management and procedures of the company varied products are manufactured by contracting to several meticulously selected eminent Chinese manufacturers. This subsidiary does the quality check tests for the products to be sent to Hong Kong for exports. It also trades in China to cater the requirements of our Chinese clientele.

Alvaro Holding Co. Ltd. (Vietnam)

The growth in demand of wood and applicable products lead the company to set foot in Vietnam in 2010, this subsidiary is responsible for the import operations of the group in Vietnam. It looks for potential suppliers, establishes relations and sources the wooden products for exports. It does the quality check tests for the products sourced from here and then, exports it to respective locations.

Alvaro Strategic Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)

In 2010 our business experienced a momentum growth. It was the foremost task for our company to sustain and consolidate this growth momentum and to outline strategic partners for exports in the international market. The main stray for this unit is to actively seek synergy from varied business domains and synchronize the same to harvest in a way that adds value to our business.

Alvaro Resources Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia)

Sourcing of varied products from the entire south East Asian region and to encompass an array of growing product range is further strengthened by this company. Primary activity of this unit is to determine the potential suppliers and sourcing wood from the country. Product testing, quality checks for the same are also done.

Alvaro Switcher Corporation (Panama)

This is another unit, which is responsible for the import /export operations of the group in South America. It looks for potential buyers and suppliers and predominantly works as Liaison Company for products import/exports. The entire South American market is catered through this company. It is also responsible for quality check tests for the products sourced from the region

Alvaro Investments Ltd. (U.K.)

We believe to actively seek new business opportunities and diversify our business portfolio. Alvaro Investments actively seeks investments in properties in the U.K. the scope includes re- developments of residential and commercial units, for purposes of rental income.
